What You Need to Know for Return & Exchange
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
1. Please contact our customer service staff via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for a Parrior Product Return Request Form.
2. Please fulfill the Parrior Product Return Request Form that our customer service replied to you.
3. Once your request form is received, we will check your request form and re-contact you within 3 business days.
4. Once your return request got approved, please drop off the package at the local post office.
5. Remember to feedback to us on the tracking number of your return package.
6. When your return package arrives at Parrior warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
* Refund is calculated according to the actual amount paid, in the cases of discount code usage and sales.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. All returned merchandise must include the following:
- Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original packing slip.
- All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
- All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
